How to Solve your Bad Breath Issues



Everyone has bad breath sometimes, whether it is as a result of gum disease or improper oral hygiene. Most times, this mouth odor goes unnoticed; other times, it can become so intolerable, precluding the possibility of easy relationship with people. And, the frequently debated issue among people, especially those who have noticed signs of this situation, is if and whether bad breath is curable. 
So, here are 5 best tips to cure bad breath 

1. Proper Oral Hygiene 
This is quite obvious, An essential starting point of curing bad breath is by having a proper oral hygiene Be sure to floss as well, which will assist in curing bad breath due to gum disease. And choose toothpaste that does not dry your mouth.


2. Salt rinse or lemon rinse 
The salt rinse is a very old cure that has passed from generation to generation. Mix 1/2 spoon of salt with half cup of warm water ,stir well and use the solution to rinse your mouth before going to bed . This should be done consecutively for few days; your gum will look more pink than red 
Lemon is another alternative. You can even create a mixture of salt and lemon and rinse before bedtime to cure bad breath.
                                                                             

3: Baking Soda 
Baking soda has been found very effective in curing bad breath, the high acidity of baking soda will prevent bacteria from growing on your tongue. Therefore, make use of baking-soda rich toothpaste, or just follow with baking soda after your regular toothpaste. You can also gargle with baking soda dissolved in warm water.
4.chew mint leaves and sun flower seeds 
Chew on sun flower seeds after meals and drink water to help cleanse your mouth and cure bad breath that may linger due to odor causing foods. And munch on mint leaves to spread a fresh scent through your mouth, which will prove effective in curing bad breath in consequence.

5.Eat Probiotic Yogurt
Probiotics like acidophilus are very effective in curing bad breath when consumed regularly. Eating yogurt rich in healthy bacteria will help in curing bad breath completely with time, so long as you keep consuming probiotics to keep the population of odor causing bacteria in check.




Bad breath can only be cured for good if the root cause is targeted and not by using mouth wash and the rest of them.
