How to Boost Your Retentive Memory: Conquer your inability to remember past things and events either in your daily life or academically.


      Have you been looking for a way to help overcome the problem of not being able to remember vividly about the past due to some difficulties?, today shall put an end to it, i assure and promise you that by the end of this post counting my second article, you would know, how, why and of the importance of keeping your brain updated.
Retentive above simply means the ability to remember the past and to actualize them in future time. It has to deal with (a person's memory) effective in retaining facts and impressions, remember yesterday is past and the future is tomorrow. Most people are faced with the failure to remember past important events or previous lesions which occurred in their various past lives, some could be psychological or by the way our brains were trained.

.    Having a good rest: Your cerebrum is very sensitive and it can’t be tricked, having a good rest can help you a lot to remember things no matter how long in the past it occurred, it can also help to remember topics thought by your lecturer or generally in remembrance. It’s one of the best ways prescribed in the hospital.


2.    Stress: Always avoid stressing yourself thinking, your negative perception about yourself can be a huge source of stress. Making preparation of things before they come improves your brain. If you are devastated always make your mind free from stress no matter the situation. The image below is an example of a student who fails to read until 2days to the semester exams.


Being an all-around super person by always working, thinking and taking care of others can cause imbalance. You believe that you can do everything? be careful to avoid break down.
Acknowledge that it is healthier to live a more balanced life, where you can also take good care of yourself, than to push your limits until you cannot give anymore. I believe the best prescription you can get from elsewhere is a stress free life.
                          

3.   Playing Games can help boost your memory: Playing cards is a wonderful and excellent way to exercise your mind and to boost your memory. There are so many card games that are fun and easy to play to increase your biological computing power and memory. For boosting your memory you can play games like Poker, Rummy, Go Fish, Bridge, Hearts , etc.


 







4.    Music can boost your memory: Most people do not know what music could do to their lives. The ability to play a musical instrument whether it's the guitar, the drums or the piano is a great talent and beyond that a wonderful way to work on developing a strong memory and. One of the first steps to playing almost any musical instrument is to learn how to read music and commit in your brain, which works as memory boosting tonic.
                                        

5.    Use of herbs:  spicy food help in increasing cognitive functions of the brain. You can use Turmeric, Cinnamon and Ginger to improve your memory; most of these Spices are available in super market and some shops both in the Eastern and Southern Nigeria. There is an ingredient in Turmeric name cur cumin, which helps in memory improvement. Just by smelling Cinnamon, enhances your cognitive function by lifting up your mood. Ginger contains Zingerrone that helps in defending the neurons in the brain resulting in memory improvement.                                   

     

Importantly I urge you to maintain a stress free life, and see how wonderful your cerebrum could help you retentively.
